First off, ask your agent about the buyers they’ve targeted. Who’s seen your property brochure? How many potential buyers specifically requested your details? It’s also worth knowing how many brochures were printed and how many are left. Sometimes, agents cut costs by printing from the office printer when they run out. That’s not exactly professional!
2. Can You Show Me Our Rightmove Performance Report and Your Analysis?
Most agents can provide a Rightmove Performance Report these days. But can they analyse it for you? If they can’t, send it our way! We’ll break it down and tell you what you need to know.
3. Can You Change Our Main Image and Test the Results?
If your online activity is low, consider changing your main house shot. This can make a difference, but it’s only useful if you can measure the results. 5. What’s Happening with Comparable Properties?
Ask your agent about other properties in your area. Who’s getting viewings, and who isn’t? Which houses have had price reductions, and did that make a difference? It’s also important to know which properties are under offer, how long they’ve been on the market, and at what price. If you’re not getting viewings while others are, it’s time to ask why!
6. How Do You Think Our Marketing Can Be Improved?
Request a marketing review from your agent. Take a good look at your brochure, photography, and online advert. Identify areas that need improvement and ensure these changes are made. A fresh perspective can do wonders!
7. Why Hasn’t Our House Sold – Other Than the Price?
